Today on the best fitness podcast, The Body Project Podcast, I am sharing with you how you can reset your fitness goals.
As we are moving through COVID-19 and global restrictions are being lifted, we are all facing our "new normal" and how we can reset and regain our health and fitness back.
When a global pandemic was declared, many people have were in overwhelm, were scared and though that this was perhaps a shorter event than it has turned out to be. And because of that, people's self-care, fitness, nutrition and health have been challenged for the worse.
On today's episode we are talking about how you can reset your fitness goals during times of uncertainty, how you can get back on track with a routine or a plan, how to create lasting goals with a clear intention/your why and how to execute that can support your continued success.
Our health is our wealth, and of course with a global pandemic, it has been very stressful for so many including myself, and as such, health has been impacted- physically, mentally and emotionally.
I do believe that now that we are settling into the next normal, we need to pull up our socks and reset how we are moving our bodies, asking ourselves: how do I want to come out of COVID feeling, being, eating, moving and thinking?
Here are the four fundamental considerations when reseting your
fitness and fitness mindset:
1) Your fitness Vision and Intention:

2) Make a Plan: schedule it in. I often remind my clients
that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
3) Prepare Yourself: what do you need to succeed? Do you

4) Execute! Put your plan in action and stay present to
the practice of showing up for yourself and the baby steps of
consistency
