Today on the top rated fitness podcast, The Body Project Podcast, I am talking about three simple steps to reset your nutrition and maybe some new habits you've picked up with COVID.
I know that many of my clients, including myself, have struggled with optimal nutrition through COVID. For me I have been drinking more coffee, more alcohol and eating more treats than ever before.
This 4 part RESET series is looking at how can we reset our fitness, nutrition and mindset during this uncertain time. And although these conversations are more relevant now, more than ever before, we can always use this insight when times of stress or just life shows up.
