Today on the top rated fitness podcast, The Body Project Podcast, I am talking about three simple steps to reset your nutrition and maybe some new habits you've picked up with COVID.
I know that many of my clients, including myself, have struggled with optimal nutrition through COVID. For me I have been drinking more coffee, more alcohol and eating more treats than ever before.
This 4 part RESET series is looking at how can we reset our fitness, nutrition and mindset during this uncertain time. And although these conversations are more relevant now, more than ever before, we can always use this insight when times of stress or just life shows up.
The questions still stands on how do I want to come out of COVID feeling, being, eating, moving and thinking?
Here are the three considerations I highlight today in
considering reseting your nutrition t:
1) Are your belief constructs limiting your nutrition success and do excuses and self-sabotage hinder your sustainable progress: listen to episode 85 on self sabotage
2) Mindfulness and Mindset Matters: how can we bring awareness to how we are fuelling our body and how we use food as a modality of our best health and feeling our best self.
3) Nourishing: what can you do starting today that are simple, effective ways that can support your nutrition reset habits! Want some support and free recipes? Join my FREE Green Shake RESET ChallengE
