Today, on the best fitness podcast, I invited back Dr. Gillian Mandich, Canada's Happiness Doctor.

We spoke about the sobering truth that this Pandemic has shifted the happiness quotient across the globe. And although I was hoping for an answer of how we can all improve our emotions at this time and perhaps lean towards happiness, the reality is bleak... However, Dr. Gillian speaks about how we can take simple things and support our mental health, and how creating community in times like these, is the greatest, scientifically proven way to boost your immune system.
