Today on the best fitness podcast, The Body Project Podcast, I am talking about resetting your routine so that you can learn to thrive during this uncertain time.

This is episode one of our four part series looking at Reseting during this unprecedented time.  Resetting your diet, resetting your routine, resetting your fitness and resetting your metabolism.

Let me be clear that there is no where to get to or anything to do, however I do know that many people are not feeling great and they are ready to reset and get back on track to feeling good during and as we are moving through COVID-19.

Our health is our wealth, and COVID has really challenged how people have been feeling in their mental health.  My hope is that over the next four weeks, I can help you reframe and reset what you are doing, why you can choose differently and how to get started.

I firmly believe that we can all take a baby step forward and that these incremental changes, even is small and simple can lead to big changes and positively alter the trajectory of how you’re feeling during this time.

This week’s episode is a simple conversation of how you can take an accounting of your current routine and what you need to consider creating a new routine that make you feel good, doesn’t cause overwhelm and intentionally supports your mindset as we move through COVID.
