We will be getting back on track next week with our amazing interviews but wanted to take a pause to have a conversation about body image and creating body love from a fitness perspective.
Body Image is sometime the elephant in the room, so today we are chatting about 1) how the deep seeded conversations that we say to ourselves may keep us playing small in our fitness goals, 2) how you can start changing your self talk and start feeling happy and love your body now and 3) how working on your self- love, your body-love, can give you access to your best self and your best body.
